To use the application, the User must download the application and create an account (hereinafter the “Account”). When creating the Account, the User provides an email address and postal code. The User agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Registration is personal and nominative. Tribu Baby reserves the right to suspend any account containing inaccurate or outdated information.
Use of Services
The User remains responsible for the use of the Services. It is prohibited to:
- Modify or decompile the application.
- Use the Services for purposes contrary to the law.
- Publish content that infringes copyright or privacy rights
Intellectual Property
The content of the application and the website (texts, images, SEO) is the exclusive property of Tribu Baby. However, users retain ownership of the data they record and can freely share it.
Service Availability
Services are available 24/7, subject to possible technical failures or maintenance.
Liability
Tribu Baby cannot be held responsible for problems related to incompatible devices or malfunctions beyond its control. The user is responsible for the use of their account.
Applicable Law
